Could all members ensure that their club membership fees and ASA registration fees are paid in full by the end of January. Anyone not doing so will not be able to compete at galas.
There are no rejected entries for the Newburn Last Chance Gala.
When you submit your entries for a gala you will receive an automated email to confirm your entries. The competition secretary, and head coach also receive this email and so if you get the automated reply you can be sure that they have and the entry will be processed in due course. When entries have been processed, and your swimmers details have been forwarded to the club hosting the gala, you will receive an email to confirm entry and payment details.
A new easy payment scheme for membership payments is being introduced by the club. Anyone interested in taking advantage of paying in up to 4 instalments should contact Kevin Hughes via
